The cap bolt on the generator. A different angle. The item you're supposed to move to do valve adjustment, replace belts, etc ... Looks to have been sheared off by original previous owner. Not sure whether the bolt I am looking at is the crank bolt or the bolt for the cap. It spins freely and I have no idea how I am going to get it out along with the cap.
