Ok, it's been a couple of years, but dang....

Head gaskets 90+ a piece

Valve stem seals............13.74 per


Oil restrictor O ring , 7 bucks


Compete head job set from Mother Honda used to be 150.00, now it priced out at 330.00

I used to keep a complete set on the shelf.......

i agree. prices are out of control.... and not always the best quality

are you just replacing stock on the shelves ... or is there a problem?

Screwing around with Oldewing, been sitting for a year, time to give her some love. Not sure if I am pulling the heads yet, but gas tank and carbs are almost off for a clean....

Shop time don't you know......

Some becoming unobtainium, too. Trying to find muffler gaskets for a '75. Can't find 'em.

Or car parts. I thought it was nuts putting tires on the bikes. The Firestone dealer wants $1425 for a set of tires. That includes new "tire pressure indicator" sending units at $80 per.
Stupid.
I have a tire pressure gauge and I don't need no stinkin' $320 worth of sending units, but the gubberment says I gotta.

Jacked up the Wife's Jeep and put on some 35's at 400 a piece times 5!! 2 grand just for the rubber is crazy.
