Over the rear fender strap makes for a handle when carrying the bags into the hotel. This is the second generation rear attachment. A 2 inch over the rear fender web strap makes for a handle when carrying the bags into the hotel. It also makes installation and removal easier as now just one clip and the lower elastic strap need to be exercised to remove the bags.
