Steering Neck Bearings

#1

Post by 100thflht »

Hi all, question. I have about 300 miles on my build which I installed new neck bearings and races. I set them up to factory specs and torque. Should I go back in and re adjust now?
Just wondering if its necessary. 82 GL1100.
Thanks in advance.

Since retorquing is a fairly easy task I would say yes. Never hurts to check your work and the bearings may have settled in a little.
