UPDATE !!

Less than 1/2 an hour later … she runs … she stays cool !!

The Boss finds an intermittent fan switch wire that needed 'wiggling' …

Great job , On my GL1000, it would sometimes overheat after a long ride , eventually i found the thermostat was only opening halfway , all good now .Cheers.
