We are looking at heading there and staying June 7-8-9, or 8-9-10. This is not an official NGW run, and as I do not know the area I will not be organizing rides. Possibly staying here:

Hopefully things will be more open then they were when we went around last fall.
Are you riding a bike or flying in?

A little to rich for my half empty pockets. Would love to do it, but crunched the numbers a couple of years ago, and not in the budget.

We have kicked this around a number of times ... it’s a big ask for most of us ...
But it is a special place ...

If you go and plan on using a credit card make sure it doesn't charge you a fee for the currency exchange. We went a couple of years ago and in preparation we got a chase credit card through Amazon that doesn't charge a foreign exchange fee. The card was free as well with no annual fee. Turns out I like the card and just about stopped using a different Chase Visa that we had previously.
Also Doc, check the average temperature for June July and August in Nova Scotia. Base on that we went in July and glad we did as that June was cold and wet. July was warm and dry. We got there just after the spring rains stopped and Summer broke out. We had very good weather for the two weeks we spent there.

Same here. It would have to be my only activity for the entire year and just not willing to make that sacrifice.

good advice on the dates. July and Aug are typically our hot sunny weather months.

Hot is a relative term, we found the July summer temperatures a welcome cool break from truly hot summer weather
