This Is The Memorial Location For Our Fallen Brothers And Sisters, To Honor Their Memory And So That New Members Can Get To Know Those Who Have Passed On
We just received word that Claude has departed. He was a long time great friend to many of us here. Several of us have stayed with him and traveled many miles together. Always a good story and usually a bottle of Margareta mix in his pack somewhere. His lovely Wife Paulette passed in December and now he has joined her. From what we have been told it was a very fast cancer that took him. Obit is here: https://clarksvillenow.com/local/claude-a-mcconoughey/
Claude was a great friend and will be missed

Sad news indeed. I still have a bottle of margarita mix he left in my shop fridge. Will remember him with a small sip every year til it is gone. Then the bottle will live on a shelve in my shp in a place of honor til I'm gone. I considered him a friend...... and he will be missed.

So very sad to hear this news. Claude was one of the stalwarts of this club and I am glad to have made his aquaintance on more than one rally. RIP Claude, you will be remembered.
"Impossible Is Just a Level of Difficulty!..." If I'd wanted you to understand, I would have explained it better! (Johann Cruyff) I’d give my right arm to be ambidextrous!
A unique character of this club. Kept a clean machine and had a keen eye for design.
Many a fun moment. Always a friendly thought, and ready to lend a hand.
We'll miss you.
