Finally got around to adding some more pics of the Eastern Run 2016.
The older couple in jeans (in picture #2) just joined us one evening and drank our beer. They were riding a BMW. So that actually makes the count 33???

The ride out I had one of my best days on the road ever. Early Sunday morning cold and quiet on route 50 from Winchester to Athens OH. Just a spectacular run. The group gathering was great with many good times and rides and then ride home all the way across Virginia on 58 was great! Yes one of the best runs I have been on for sure!

Ric's tunnel picture kind of captures the spookiness of that beautiful tunnel. 
I've ridden it at least a dozen times and it still sends chills up my spine. Last time I rode it, I found out my headlight fuse was blown and it seemed to take on a whole new light ( or lack thereof.) I just kept aiming for the little light at the end, and hoped it wasn't another bike.
Kathy and I appreciate all the positive comments from those who came to the 2016 Eastern NGW Run, and want to thank all of you who pitched in with your help, your chili, your beans and all your encouragement. It was a great ride, wasn't it?
Looking forward to next year.
