ARE THE 80-83 GL1100'S FORK TUBES 39MM ??? ANYONE

looking to get some fork seal covers and the only thing it says is that there Designed to work with upper fork tube diameter of 39mm. I cant figure out if my 81 gl1100 will work?
please help me

My 82 GL std . upper forks are 39 mm .

My '81 Interstate has 39mm fork tubes.
'81 GL1100 stripped Interstate
'95 CB1000 The Big One
'89 GB500 (two of them now! one w/38 miles!)
'81 SR500
