choke cable relocation?

choke cable relocation?
has anybody relocated the choke lever so it mounts right on the carb?

The lever is already there you just need to figure out a 3 position detent configuration.

i found a sturmey archer in my stuff. maybe that will work.

yeppur a 10 speed shifter is the ticket!
I just put a loop of bailing wire on the choke & hold it with my hand instead of hassleing with the detent issue.
