Bike can be push off and fires right up.When I push the starter button there is nothing.Battery is fine.
All lights work, everything, but the starter.Bike did sit for awhile outside.
It is a 1981 interstate.
Any suggestions?

Button, solenoid, starter iteself, ground, many things to check. Go through each part of the start system. You'll find it. Just takes some time and patience. Good luck.
