More like a forgotten bay in a old shop. We put odds and ends in there. This WILL be the first year of my owning a motorcycle that I haven't had to move it from storage in January. Been booted out of the last couple of places that had storage for the bike. Bad part is I have to go to miles to look at it.
Yeah, can't ride here very far and thats a good thing. I would have not feeling left in my legs from a couple miles on here right now. Plus the rear brake is acting up now.
Put a new line on the rear and the wheel is pretty hard to turn. Going to take a good long look at it, but I think some crud might have worked its way into the calipar.
Just a bit of a update, rear brake is fine, wheel turns like it should. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to keep my fuses from blowing on the road as I can't get them to pop while in the shop (any ideas on tracking this down)?
One kinda funny thing that happened was back in december we had a day or so of heavey snow, and the next day we had heavy rain. There was so much water with all the snow melting that it didn't have a place to go, and the shop got flooded. The water was about 1/4 deep, and covered the 3/4 of the floor. Corse no damage was done, when it stopped raining the water flowed back out of the shop, but what a supprise that was.
Which fuse is blowing out? Road vibration, dynamic loads from the engine, along with the load of the rider [no offense ] might be enough to strech some part of your wiring enough to cause a short. Try having someone [preferrably heavier than you] sit in the saddle while you try to recreate the short.
