Take lots of pics of the wiring harness routing! That is the only thing I screwed up on mine and once I figured it out I had wasted about 4 hours undoing and redoing my work. Good luck with it!!

The one good thing is i have an 81 that i can look at while putting things back together . (i`ll just take the seat & false tank off). Also as i take things off i put the bolts back on so i know where they go on the other frame. The one good thing is when i had my 83 650 Silverwing , i bought the tool to take the swing arm left bolt setup off & on, & one side worked perfect to get the castle nut off the left side of the G-wing.
