Another thing to check is the bypass passage from the pump to the themo housing. I had to drill one out it was so blocked. Because of the angled passage, that involves drilling out the alloy plug. I tapped it and put a short bolt in to reseal it.

With WF's help we fixed it.....

Plug to fan was not always making a good touch...........


Connection fixed and we are riding... need to tie up some loose ends yet, but NGW East looking :crosso like a go :crosso

All better, plug on fan had a bad hook up. Put some miles on her in town, up to 80 mph, all well.

Need to fix horn, but other than that, she is ready after her 10 year nap.
