The car is a 72 Opel GT body on a full tube chassis with a big block Chevy on a tunnel Ram intake. Jimmy is the owner driver, I am just the wrench. Fun stuff for sure, as a life long drag fan. And our current best is 10.73 at 127 mph. Sorry RAT the 135 run is next year...
The car was running last spring at 12.50 and we made adjustments to get it to 11.25. Refresh over the winter with new rings and bearings, along with a cam. Now we are in the 10s and going for 10.50 as a index. Leaves some on the table, so we can run it and not use it up too fast...

Nostalgia Drag Racing League, or NDRL, all older cars, lower cost, more fun and relaxed. We are G gas, 10.50 . So we are above our dial in, but that not a problem right now. I KNOW we can adjust to make 10.50 fairly easy as we get more runs. We have only 2 full passes on this motor.
