If there's interest in camping at Ft DeSoto, it's still early enough for me to reserve a few sites together.

I spoke with the office and I can reserve 2 sites under my name, but would need to use someone else's name in the group for each additional 2 sites.

I think I had mentioned that there's a KOA with cabins here also, if that's better.

Plenty of hotels here for the not so camping-hardy. Just search under Pinellas county FL. Or I can look into booking a block of rooms at a single hotel.

Remember to return to that picture after coming in from shoveling snow. lolol

Checking in on Tuesday 4/26/2016 and checking out Friday 4/29/2016

I spoke to the manager, and it seems that using a AAA/CAA discount or prepaying would be cheaper then holding a block of rooms.
Please book your room ASAP via whatever way you'd like.
Rooms are in the $63 - $79 range.
Nice outside pool and Jacuzzi area.

At this time, I'm not scheduling any rides, but we can cruise down the beach, etc.
If you're not afraid of heights, a ride over the Skyway bridge is cool.
