Preregistration for Gilmore saves you some $3. Well, $2.50 after the stamp. But some on this site are not made of money, the money goes into the sport of wrenching. So get it in the mail. Here is the registration link;
http://www.gilmorecarmuseum.org/wp-cont ... -14th1.pdf
I took a copy from adobe and pasted it into MS Word and set it as background. That way I set the font at 10, single spacing and could type my information right into the document. If you are a doctor, this may be more legible for you.
Preregistration ends on June 1, 2015.

Hey any NGW-ers traveling to this thing from/through the Chcago area, interested in a traveling partner?

Gilmore, huh?
I am going to do everything in my power to make this one. Heck, I may even try to ride the yellow '76....
It's only 100 miles one way. Totally doable, right?

Yeah, not sure if I want to make it a one or two day thing yet. Probably won't take any freeways because I have no kind of wind protection, but it would be an awesome way to spend a weekend, regardless.
I have no doubt the bike could make it, but I've been having carb issues. I think I've got them licked, but it'd be nice to get a couple test miles in first, to be sure.

Re: Gilmore Vintage Motorcycle Show/Swap Meet - June 14, 201
I have some information about the vintage bike tour on Saturday.
This comes from a query I made today to the Gilmore event organizers.
I should be easy to spot - look for the old guy on the old Gold Wing.
Good Afternoon Jim,
Yes, we will be holding the vintage ride on Saturday, June 13th. Registration for the ride will take place at the Museum between 9am-10am, with the first group leaving the grounds at 10am. The ride is for all bikes 25 years and older, so yes, your bike would qualify. The ride will take approximately 2 hours (40-50 miles) and will end at the Dock at Bayview Restaurant on Gull Lake around 12pm.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know, and I hope you’ll join us for the ride!

John Gord and I will not be doing the ride on Sat. Not a fan of large group rides. But will have our bikes in the show on Sunday

When you get there enter at the show gate. and put the bike in the show. Parking is better, and easier to keep an eye on your bike
