I can't remember the sizes, but the last time I needed to drive a seal in, the OD of the PVC pipe was just a bit too large, so I just used a sander to narrow it down a bit.

The 1-1/2 (40mm) stamped PVC pipe was perfect. Had to beat that baby in real good.
