Good Morning Fellas,
I wanted to provide an update. I finally got it figured out, after doing some digging and was curious I was trying to burp the system. While I was doing that with the cap off and the radiator coming up to temp I was curios what my actual fluid temp was. I got out the trusty thermometer and let it sit in the top of the Rad and I had a huge difference in what my sensor/M-unit was reading vs the fluid in the radiator. So I bit the bullet and ignored the M-unit gauge and went of the thermometer I had in the Rad, like clockwork the fan turned on at 210 and shut off once it cooled it back down.
So my issue this whole time hasn't been the fan but more than likely just resistance between the sensor and M-unit.
M.Unit / Fan wiring
