4 into 1 exhaust
My bike is an 83. It is very stock as far as I can tell. One thing I noticed on the pix I sent in was the back fender was off another year GL. The wheels are stock 83. Last May I was rear ended while sitting at an intersection. The impact smashed the rear fender and tail light assembly and shot me and the bike out into the intersection. I had the bike for about 2 months at that time. I did'nt go down though. By standers could not believe it. My wife says I just did'nt want to scratch it. I did get a good case of whiplash from my helmet snapping back though. Anyway I bid on the fender and tail light from ebay and won but never got a reply. So I bid on another and received it in the mail about seven days later. I noticed that this fender was considerably longer than the original. I sanded and painted it and put it on so I could get back to riding. About 2 weeks later I get a call from the first seller. He apologized for the delay. His computer was zapped by lightning. He sent me the fender (free shipping) this one was off an 83. So now the bike looks like it should for an 83. I installed a Plex Star 2 from national cycles last week and love it. It is a good quality product. I can now hear the engine purr while going down the highway. Be safe out there.
