Fits most Harley Davidsons as well.
Wanted to add a pic, but couldn't add new pics to my gallery. so I couldn't figure out how to add it...

brake rotor MD854 does not fit but it comes up as a match on the jcwhitney website.

earlier in this thread there was some discussion about stant 10810 for the gas cap but it turned out not to work.
caps i have look dirty. would like to put a fresh one on the freshly refinished tank!

Great thread. Very useful, especially for a new member.
Is it possible to add parts outside the GL1000?
Would be interesting to know what shocks from other bikes, Honda or others, would fit our GL1000s.

I have in my shop a Lance Powersports Cali Classic 125 scooter. I found the gas cap from it will fit on my '76 GL1000. It is not vented. although you can drill a hole to vent it. The Chinese version is 10 bucks. I believe it is the same as a Sym part.

What about the belt roller tensioner?
These are very expensive in the uk, any cross over parts for these?
