Met with the Surgeon this morning. He was happy to see my progress. Next follow up is the week before our NGW gathering! PT this afternoon and we did a couple different things. One was laying on my back with my foot up on the wall then sliding it down as far as I could. She measured the last of 20 reps and I hit 110 degrees on that. Still lacking 5 or 6 degrees of straightening. Small steps but solid measurable progress.
