VW Carb

#1

Post by dritzman »

I was watching a YouTube video with a lady mechanic going over a 78 with the engine 90% pulled. She made a comment about the carbs and said that they were the reason a lot of people converted to a VW single carb. Has anyone here done that? Or heard of it? I'm curious because I'm about done.

no conversion I have ever seen, or heard of, is better then the stock set up correctly. Or less then the cost of doing it right.

i once went through and bought a bunch of the parts... and then decided that it was not worth it. stock carbs still on the bike, and running well.
