So I now have a oil leak at the pulse generator cover.
My question is it normal to have oil in that cavity? I am questioning that because there are two electrical leads that monitor the pulse off of the shaft. My bike is running fine except for the leak.
When I installed the new stator earlier this year I couldn't find a gasket for the pulse generator cover so I ended up using high temp RTV. Apparently that didn't work. Guess Ill have to make one.
