Re: 1983 Aspencade
Forgot to mention I unlinked the right front and rear. Running a dual banjo on the front with a Suzuki GSXR 1000 front brake master with braided steel lines from Galfer. The braking is much improved.

Re: 1983 Aspencade
Today my ignition switch died. I took it apart, tried to save it but it was beyond repair. I ordered a wireless setup that comes with a remote to turn on the ignition. Should have it for the weekend.

Looking good. One suggestion if you want one. The gold stripe on the false tank looks like it is for a bike with a big fairing. So perhaps remove the gold stripe or make it outline the tank.

You are referring to the line that crosses through the "N" on the tank. I am considering repainting all parts.

Yes, the one crossing the N. By the way, the front fender mod was sorely needed and your fab job looks great. The color is nice on her, so perhaps stay near that shade in your repainting.

Re: 1983 Aspencade
Nice job on the bike, I’m working on one myself and running into a lot of problems but will take one at a time, I would leave your dash on just get a cafe racer style little fairing and hide it in there I’ve seen a lot of guys do that and looks good, have fun riding
