It seems the listing has been taken down. The seller indicated only one set left after I purchased, so maybe their O/S now. The seller is Otto_ classicbikes on EBay out of Thailand.
Current Bikes:

1966 CL77 - Honda 305cc - Dual purpose - "Gentleman's Scrambler" was a period moniker.
1967 CL175K0 - Low production number with #802 engine serial- winter 2019/2020 full restoration.
1972 CB350F - Baby Four with low mileage - Cosmetic refresh to the next level 2021/2022.
1978 CB550K - Very original bike with only 7499 Km. from new - light cleanup and refresh done.
1983 CB1100F - Canadian model - DOHC Supersport in pristine low kilometre condition from new.
1984 GL1200 - Standard model in showroom condition - two owner bike from new.
1984 CX650E - Restored summer 2017 - a rare Eurosport model - excellent one owner bike.

Unfortunately I don't know how to link to the original ad. When I click on it now it states the seller has modified the ad and lets me see only my original purchase. I suspect the seller has sold out and taken the ad down. It shows he sold over 350 sets of these, so I would think he was successful and may get more stock again.
There are other sellers on EBay with a like product, yet the correct size is approx 195mm length X 25mm height and some of the other sellers items are too small.

I saved the seller. When I looked at the ad is said there was only one item left. Here is his store: https://www.ebay.com/str/ottoclassicbike

With the help of a couple of CVMG club members we were able to get the frame and running gear out of the basement and back into the garage. I was able to get the motor and then the carbs and the drive line reconnected over the past few days. The next step will be putting the gas tank back into the frame without removing all that nice new paint off the sides.
Hopefully the weather will co-operate further in the coming weeks and I can shoot the refresh of the clear coat on the body panels and move this towards completion.
Here's how it looks presently and I am pleased with how the overall finish and reconnection of components has gone so far.

On the frame I just used an inexpensive grey rattle can primer from a local shop where I buy mostly tools. They had a deal on this self etching primer and it looked decent. The motor I used a Duplicolor self etching primer that is in a rattle can and fairly expensive. I have used it numerous time before on motors first before shooting the silver engine enamel and it has held up really well on those bikes.
The black frame paint was a two part body shop mix with hardener and it has sat and cured over the winter, so it has set up very well. If you go back into the early posts in this thread there is information on the paint brand and model numbers that I used.

+1 on the etching primer. 4 years ago I replaced the clutch lever on another bike. The replacement was silver anodized but I needed black. Cleaned and sanded the lever, applied etching primer, painted it black and baked it. Wasn't sure it would hold up but it still looks like it came from the factory.

A little more progress as I got the gas tank into the frame with no major scrapes or really any issues. WD40 is your friend on the rubber bits, as it makes for a slippery surface. I was able to get the carbs, shocks, battery box and associated wiring plus the rear end drive unit and C clip on the drive shaft in place relatively easily. I have just received new tires, so the next trip will be to get these mounted and balanced and install the exhaust system.

Spring has been MIA around here for all of April with very few days above 10C, so shooting some clear coat to refinish the body panels will have to wait a little longer. I should be able fire the bike up again at some point next week, if everything continues on pace.
