solex 30 pict1 single carb setup

Hi there , here’s a project I’m working on for my 1978 Gl1000 K3
A couple of years ago I bought this manifold from Taunusrainer, finaly got myself so far to start work on this project. As you can see the manifold has a heated plenum. The carb I’ll be using will be a solex 30 pict 1
I’m bolting the carb onto the manifold via a trespa adapater because is is pretty easy to work on (high-pressure laminate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trespa ).
Because my goldwing also rides op LPG I’ll only need a valve to operate the amount of LPG going through my carb into the manifold. Petrol will only be used as a secondary fuel in case I run out of LPG. I adapted the throttel linkage with cabel wheel from my trashed yamaha YP250 scooter. I’ve also made a manual choke instead of the electrical operated choke.
