Just to let you all know that these removable pieces are different between 1000/1100 and 1200.
The 1200 one is much shorter. It is a common problem, and is caused by its shape being a 'U'. Water can get in
from the front or the back end and lies in the bottom helping it to rust away. You need a 1200 unit from any 1200 model.

Missed my USPS carrier, so I will take it to the post office. Gives us a little more time.
Here it is below a 1000...
20160907_113535.jpg
I'm not positive that it's from an 1100 but 90% sure.
A little shorter in length and different angles than the early one.

I tried to fit it to the basket case '84 Std and it wouldn't mount.
20160907_113225.jpg
The two rear studs didn't line up with the holes.

Got a mirror and took a look under the frame as I felt a gap...

Hope you don't have the same problem

On closer inspection, mine seems to be bending the tab that the stand attaches to

It'll be no charge, but I'll pull it out of the box and try to persuade it onto the 84 frame before we go too far.

Gord

I've repaired one like that before when it was a true fatigue type failure with no internal rust. I bent it back, welded, then gusseted. It's been working for 5 years.

Liam is correct.
Here's 1000 top
1100 middle
1200 bottom
20160907_130022.jpg
And the rears...
20160907_130034.jpg
I matched them up to one mounted to a correct year bike to make sure.

So the one I'm sending is a 1200.

It seems to be in really good shape, but has lots of fine rust dust coming from the lower engine mount.
So your call, I can send this one, or maybe weld up and reinforce yours.

Also, if you're gonna be at Cyborg's Saturday, I can still send it there.
Priority mail is 3 days for some reason to him, although some times it says 3 days and it gets there in 2.

No problem.
Just got back from the PO, or I would have re-taken the pic without the stand on the 1100.
