If you have a clean piece of fuel hose, I like to blow into the fuel inlet and listen for the tell tale hissing of leaking carbs with the rack flipped over.

I use a test tank that id held a few feet above the rack. This equals about 2.5lbs of pressure. Much easier to find and fix any leaks before you install them.
