TIme to go to the DPS

#1

Post by rrgrassi »

Hi All!

Well, I took my safety course this weekend and passed! I am now on my way to the DPS (same as DMV) to take my state test to get the Motorcycle Endorsement. Then I will be fully legal to ride on my old wing. I will post again when I get back

If anyone has not taken a MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundtion) Riders Course, even though they are expensive, I highly recommend them. I did not know I could do a double u-turn in a 24'x24' area.

Take care!

I agree. I took the MSF course. Very comprehensive. In Colorado it counts as your road test. All I had to do was take the written test. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my m/c endorsement. 8)

Here in Tennessee, the Course eliminates the written test as well as the road test... you simply walk in, show the card for the course, they print your new license w/ the motorcycle endorsement and you're done. 8)

so it does save alot of hassle here :)
