1978 Goldwing Standards and parts

#1

Post by dano8226 »

So i have had these 2 1978's in my heated basement since like 2011 or 12. 28k and 35k miles i think
Includes a parts bike, titled frame, parts. lots of newer parts on them etc.
rebuilt a few CB750's, gl1200, and harley's but always liked the look of the 78 and bought them when i had the chance.
these 2 were parked due to not charging bad stator wire fried so I put them in the basement but never finished them
need to go . getting ready to sell house . If interested let me know for more info/or pics.
not sure what to ask so looking for reasonable offers. Thought about parting but would be a shame really

Boy, I would love to buy a second '78, but I'm just finishing my restoration of the one I bought in October. I suppose they sat there for a good many years with fuel in the carbs?
An old Goldwing is a special machine which rewards you for every good thing you do for it. When life is painful, your GL1000k is always ready to be worked on and flown down the highway.
