Go-cart, maybe? Not sure what the displacement is, but if intended for refrigeration, probably not a lot. Neat little mill.

My 1967 ONAN generator uses the next engine generation after yours NH series and is tough as nails. point ignition and runs at 1800 rpm for days and weeks effortlessly. It was an old RV set that I converted to use Natural gas for a back up on the house. It has run 9 days straight with only an oil check each day. used less than a quart in 8 days. You have a nice find there
