I worked at Vetter in the design studio from Augest 76 untill January 78 and GL1-1000003 (blue green) was on loan from Honda at that time. We were building a Hondaline Sport fairing at that time. That bike was full of hand fabricated parts. I hope Honda didn't crush it when they took it back.

Was that at the Rantoul factory? I was stationed at Chanute from March - Sept, 76 for school in the Air Force. Used to drive my the Vetter plant all the time.

Yes, the plant was on the east side of Rantoul. I grew up about 20 miles east of the plant.

Was that at the Rantoul factory? I was stationed at Chanute from March - Sept, 76 for school in the Air Force. Used to drive my the Vetter plant all the time.

Nice project ya have going there. I like the aluminum carb stays. Hey FargoFour, I was at Chanute at the same time! Oct-Dec 75. Small world huh?
