I called the company (14.7) and after a short conversation I ordered one O2 controller $75. So, between ICB and Socrace I have gone from a near $400 solution to $190 to $75 just from asking a couple of questions. This is a great forum. Socrace and Irish Car Bomb, I will definitely buy the beer or ICB's if we are ever in the same bar.

The Spartan 2 from 14point7.com is a good deal, although I think the cost is actually $125 when a sensor is included.
Innovate has been around longer, but probably not worth $65 more, especially as it uses an older design and sensor type.

Yes, the selling point for me to decide on the Spartan 2 was it works with the latest Bosch O2 sensor. These are the same O2's as all the race teams in my area use on their cars. I am able to pick these up for free as they mileage them out when there is still much life left in them. So I only ordered one, 14point7 bare controller for about $ 75.00.
Before you and ICB started advising me, the only advice I had was to get two Innovative controllers with two of their O2 sensors.
I am looking at your wiring diagram and trying to see how it will work with my Chevy LS coils. (built in drivers) and no cam sensor. (wasted spark)

My current wiring diagram is different, but this previous one is probably closest to what you're looking for.
This one uses 2 fuel injector channels, 2 ignition channels and a single crank position sensor, which I think is what your build is using:

You can use TunerStudio to tell Microsquirt to use this pin to increase engine idle rpm when first started and when cold.
Not really necessary but nice to have.
Mine is set up to use a Ford/Bosch type IAC unit. It feeds air to a small 3/8" manifold, then 3/8 lines to each throttle.

Sorry I should have figured that out. Fidle - fast idle.
I don't plan to use an electric solenoid one. I may put a bigger knob that I can quickly turn up when the engine is warming up. My idle stop screw is easy to get to if the bike turns out to be cold blooded.

Latest aspect of this project is getting my handlebar mounted smartphone to monitor and control things, using a $12 bluetooth board from ebay.
Will have some pictures and a write-up, once things warmup a little more here...

Well, installed another gadget on the old girl (the bike, that is). This time it's a bluetooth adapter connected to the control cable for microsquirt. So now my Galaxy S5 phone can act as tach, speedo, afr gauge and a few other things, here's a screenshot of the bike idling in the driveway:
Bluetooth adapter is a $7 cheapie from ebay, but took some surgery to work, so would really suggest the $49 one from diyautotue.com for plugandplay.
The software on the phone is ShadowDash and cost was about $10 from Google store.
The Samsung is very bright for a phone, but barely visible in bright sun, so will have to keep looking for something brighter.

I have been busy with other projects so I haven't been able to work on my AstroWing much lately. I seem to get all the odd projects. (Just Restored a 1964 International 404 tractor and I'm Building a 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk custom, also have a 1966 Amphicar waiting) hope to get back on the Wing soon.
Idle seems high for 0% TPS?

He's probably using a PWM or stepper idle valve instead of a set screw to adjust the idle. That way you can program it to have optimum idle no matter the coolant temperature.

Yeah, microsquirt wants TPS to be adjusted to show zero at idle.
It was 70 degF today here in Illinois (not too bad!). But sensor is located in manifold where air temp gets higher after idling or heat soak.
