Len, I utilized length of clutch cable when reaming out the fuel pipes on my trike tank. But, I can't recall from 10 years ago whether either of them were blocked. The advisement to utilize a length of the outer cable housing to help keep the reamer cable from twisting up where it enters the tank is a great idea.

I will locate the photos of the inside of my fuel tank after coating. It may help you see how the main pipe is profiled.
Especially the end that opens under its filtering screen. see my post #62 in this link

I probably invested 8 hours trying to correctly route and connect my wiring harness. During the final step, I am connecting all of the bullet connectors up by the left front fork, (the bird's nest), and I notice that I am having to pull harder on the lines than I think I should. So, I stop and look over the routing of the harness only to discover that I have routed the harness under the rear cross member when it should have been over it. Everything from the headlight back had to be redone. Gas tank off, false tank off and start over. Here are the photos.Birds Nest.jpeg

When I did my first frame up I think I had to mess with the harness like 3 times to get it right.

It has been a month since my last post. Most of the reassembly has been completed and it is now the moment of truth...first attempt at startup. I was nervous about the wiring as that was all pretty new to me and I started with a bare frame. Here is what happened. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdXRftxgz20&t=3s

Today....for the moment of truth. After a couple of months of assembly, today I attempted to start my project bike for the first time. Mostly, I was nervous about the wiring as I had to attach and connect every wire from a used harness. This video shows what happened. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdXRftxgz20&t=6s

Here are a couple of pics of my rebuilt/reassembled 75. As you recall, I took a chance purchasing the pkg. of used parts. It was clear that the seller knew what to save and how to store everything. I bolted everything on, changed fluids and filters multiple times. Changed timing belts and rebuilt brakes. I can hardly believe how well it handled and how powerful it is.
