convert 84 electric tach to cable?

#1

Post by Gank »

I'm currently looking to make a naked standard bike from a full dressed appendage because the plastic was all damaged.

the instrument cluster I have is off a 1982 and the tach is mechanical.

I understand theb84 is electrical ... can you covert to a cable based system or is there another round tach off another years bike I can trade the for an electrical one that would fit?
