Not a GL1000

Post by Sandy »

I found this 1974 Honda XL350 hidden in a basement.
Had been there for 40 years.
All the lights and gauges had been removed, knobby tires and large sprockets installed for riding in the dirt.
Not much riding had been done but it had never been cleaned or maintained.
Motor out of frame restoration with powder coating frame and other pieces.
Tank bashed in.
New wheel and head stock bearings, brake shoes, etc, etc.
No timing belts to be concerned with.
Not a 10 point restoration but pretty close.
