Have you already drawn up a wiring diagram for the m-unit ? If your able could you share it- looking to install one myself just wanting to see what others are thinking.

Another option for de-rusting the tank is "Milkstone Remover". It is a product used in cleaning dairy equipment, and can be purchased at Tractor Supply, assuming you have one of those in reasonable distance. It is cheaper than the expensive stuff, and maybe a little more forgiving than Muriatic acid. I learned of it from the VJMC magazine, and I have used it on (3) tanks to date.
