Yeah, the same air filters I just bought... but I paid $89 including shipping for them.
I like your cable setup. I also used cable but slightly different approach..

Your pulley looks nicer than mine. :) Nice job!!! Are you using two pull cables. I plan to just have one pull cable and then another cable from the pulley on this carb to a pulley on the other carb. Should be able to test it for function tomorrow. I’m still waiting on some jets and an electric fuel pump so I won’t be able to hear it run yet.

Are you using two pull cables
Tried first using the amal dual throttle, but had too much trouble trying to adjust it.
Ended up using the triumph single to dual splitter housing and made cables with the Venhill cable kit (2 of them).
The pulley is from Servo City as well as the pulley hub, had to machine the slot for the cable barrel.
I'd like to see your cable setup... I might do my second one different.

Linkage is finished except for a little polishing. I think this is going to work great. Easy to adjust sync to be sure both carbs open at the same time. The throttle cable goes to one carb A and then a second cable goes from carb A to carb B. I fabricated everything in house so there is room for refinement in the metal work. I made the the cable mount brackets with 3/8 aluminum and the pulleys out of 1/8 inch sandwiched together and the pop riveted.

maybe a noob question, how do you determine the diameter of the pulley(s)?
wouldn't changing that affect the throw of the throttle?

To be honest, I guessed. I used photos I’ve seen of the Sync Link setup for VW’s and estimated the size used in that setup and then went with what I had available for hole saw blades. I used a 2.5 inch hole saw for the outside plates and a 2.25 inch for the middle plate. I don’t know that it is critical but I don’t think you would want to go much smaller than this. It’s about a half of a rotation of the throttle from fully closed to fully open on the carbs.

I like the size of that and how it mounts. Which model is it? I found two with different PSI ratings.

It is the Edelbrock 17303, The psi is 2 - 3.5 which is the low pressure one these carbs need.

Thanks! The only snag was the sharp turn radius the hose from the petcock to the pump had to make. New fuel line wanted to kink. Fortunately the old hose made the bend without collapsing. It’ll do until I figure something else out. Maybe a spring on the outside like the radiator hoses have would work.

Well the emulsion tubes arrived yesterday and I was able to get the carbs in the bike. The carbs were brand new but didn’t come with the main jet stack so I had to piece together the parts for those. Out of the box these carbs are filthy from the manufacturer and need a good cleaning. The float heights were way off from factory as well. To date so far this winter I’ve done the Neon coil conversion with new plug wires which made a huge difference in spark quality. Installed a Edelbrock 17303 electric fuel pump. Fabricated custom throttle linkage for the dual Weber’s. I’m happy to say that the bike fired right up after all this. I could only run it for a minute because my wife had company and the exhaust fumes tend to migrate into the house. All in all I’m a very happy guy right now and can’t wait for spring. Next is a good fuel tank cleaning and I plan to do paint this winter as well.

Its alive. Definately needs the carbs adjusted, it wants to idle at about 3000, but it will have to wait until spring to dial it in as I cant'treally run it very long in my shop without stinking up the house. I'm happy to hear her run though.
