Got it in one there GLtriker.
I think the engine was a replacement for a power washer. Ken tried to sell the bike to Home Depot marketing. When that didn't go anywhere he just started riding it. It's pretty fast.
I have always found mini-bike people to be a bit different. There was one at the Gilmore show in around 2011 with a 650 Triumph engine shoehorned into it. I can't find my photo but it might be this bike. I mean really...how many can there be?
