Camouflage goldwing sidecar

#1

Post by arie1 »

here's my 1978 GL1000, I've had it for years. Its been in the garage for the past 9yrs it had issues , carb issues & not running well. I didnt have time to fix the problems. I'm doing a carb conversion with the help of Ray. the bodywork was looking pretty rough, rather than doing a full (and expensive) restoration i decides to go for full camo, It's nearly finished :-) .

I'm having some issues with one cilinder ( #2) its not coming along with the othe ones, I'll have to sort that out next.

'78 with an Earl's fork suspension. Perfect for a tug. I just sold my hack rig. Just didn't have the time/money/motivation to take it where it needed to go.

I really like the camo look on that one.

Very nice! tumb2 What fairing is that? I really like the one piece design with the integrated lowers.

sure is hard to know. I am aware that nearly everyone in the sidecar business stole from others.... errrr.... borrowed ideas
