Just needed to take a shot at the folks That misuse and take the opportunity to do wrong. Like "vintage belts" for sale. I have a good track record with things purchased from EBAY sellers so far and a careful look at what we buy is usually enough to avoid most problems..

The second (and following ) pictures look all to familiar. Still it has to be worth $200 for the recreational value.
Bikes at present:

83 XL 600r with a 2004 XR650L engine
And a slightly worse for the wear BMW GS adventure bike awaiting repair
83 GL in process :IDTS:

off Ebay this morning.

Funny thing is, the bike included the other side (left) turn signal mount.

Little by little, I'll get a complete bike!
Great to keep these old 'Wings flying on down the road.

Go get 'em!
I like the seat.
Like RAT said, the Lesters are a bonus. Looks like the rear is a 16", but hard to tell.
Also looks like it has the valuable '75 blue valve cover badges.

Buy it and the parts needed to make it your's will come.
I also picked up via Ebay today, a good condition '84 Std seat with the Honda logo on the rear, grab bar, & rear fender with lights.
Great to keep these old 'Wings flying on down the road.

No trick.
Got a package deal from the Ebay breaker that I purchased the signal mount and black plastics from.

There's a faux tank on Ebay right now, but at $299 and lots of damage, I'm gonna hold for a while.

Might still look at adapting a GL1100 tank when the time comes.
