If you don't get dizzy, you can climb up to the crow's nest.

And you will find a kid named Sebastien. He spoke French & English. That's all I know. Gosh, what a wonderful journalist I would be. A human interest story with no details at all.

After meandering around San Diego streets, the ride ended at a brewery. If those tanks in the background are filled w/ beer, I think they'll be empty by dusk.

{Note: As the worst reporter this side of the Mississippi River, as usual I have no details regarding any persons in these pictures. They were just milling about like a herd of pachyderms at the edge of the savanna.}

Not a battleship, that is the SS Recruit on the old San Diego Naval Recruit Training Command Base used to teach recruits the basic layout of a surface ship, couldn't ever get the hang of it so I volunteered for submarines. I haven't seen that object since December of 1969. Interesting you can just ride right up to it now. Thanks for the picture.

1985 GL650 Silverwing another mistake, horrible bike

If anyone is planning on moving to San Diego, California, just bring about $550,000.00 for a house. Cash is good. Bring your own water also; we're out.
Here's a pic of the bike posing in a brand new neighborhood. This area was a strip mine for years; and for years they stripped everything (gravel, aggregate) from this hillside to build about a zillion highways for California.

Here's a shot of the iconic Coronado Bridge. The bridge was such an unusual success, Cal-Trans (or whoever owns the bridge) discontinued the toll years early because the loans on the bridge had been paid off.

In the background is the Pacific Ocean. It's all water. Lots of water. It's blue because it's water. Mostly water. And it's close to the beach.
At the bottom of the hill is an iconic surfing spot called Garbage. Only locals, please.

I was thinking about checking into the genealogy of the Puppy, especially when I came upon who I think just might be his great grand dad. He's big. He's beefy. He's bad.
