On the starter solenoid, I'm pretty sure it was working at some point two years ago when all this began. I replaced the solenoid, the starter (twice) and the ignition. At one point all the electrical was working, but it wouldn't start. And then suddenly, all went black. All is dead right now. I'm working on the troubleshooting. I'll double check the solenoid.
If there is one thing I have learned throughout this process it is this: Check your respirator for spiders before you put it on.
