Latest Bradshaw Bikes Top Secret project

#1

Post by sunnbobb »

We got a 76 in a while ago, got busy on it. I did not take many pics along the way, sorry. But now its finished and runs like a raped ape. Dyna coils and ignition, polished covers, paint, powder coated exhaust, and a new2u kit from Charliep's Cascade cycle. A lot of elbow grease to clean her up.

I did get a picture of the high temp powdered exhaust. We sandblasted and powdered it.

Pretty happy with how it came out. Now on to Bill's GL paint job.

I tell you, the early gl1000 is like no other wing. You can just feel it wanting to tear up the road. The low end quickness puts a smile on my face.

NIIIIICE looking bike.

Makes me debate using the remainder of my yellow on the latest project, or going with something in Arrest-Me Red...

if I do that, I wont want to sell it :-D

Really nice work Richard. I'm lovin the exhaust system! Looks better than factory fresh. Is that a semi gloss finish?

Yes, it is slightly shiner than satin. It is referred to as 80% gloss.
