Snohomish wa may 19

Post by DUGG »

The wife and I are planning on attending the Abate motorcycle show in Snohomish Washington on May 19. If anyone would like to join us there or meet up and ride down the morning of you are more than welcome to join us. While I realize this is not any kind of official in GW get together it might be fun for some of us Pacific Northwest to get together. If anyone is interested let me know. Also if anybody is traveling more than a day to get here I do have a spare room or a camper or plenty a room to put up a tent.

No takers on riding down or meeting up. Me and the wife headed down Sunday morning about 8:30 or so. The ride down highway 9 was good with little traffic. I entered the Japanese class with about a dozen or so other bikes. I parked next to a mint 1975 Kz900. It was all original with about 4200 mi. On it. There was a sulfur yellow Gl1000 a couple bikes over and a real nice Cbx1000 also. At the end of the day my Gl1100 took home a third. The Kz took first and not sure who got second place. All in all a good day.
