Working on NGWCLUB East get together for 2019
EDIT
Dates are 20-23 August.

Location is still being narrowed down but will be in the Va/ WVA mountains. Looking at various towns and various accommodation setups. Should have something publishable in a couple weeks.

How about the 20-23. That's Tuesday to Friday.
Would work better for me, my 2 cents worth.

Don't have a preference as far as dates go, but do need firm dates to request vacation. The earlier the better, Jeannes employer is kinda stickler on vacation requests.

Another day or two and we will lock in the dates.

Looking hard at Marlington WV. Location and Motel/ Hotel rates are making it look like the best choice around.

Marlington Motor Inn is our lead candidate for the base of operations. Sagebrush is In talks with the management and hope to have some group rate quotes after the first of the year. So don't contact them yet. http://marlintonmotorinn.com/

Marlington is 650 miles from St Louis. I'll have to think about that. Interested for sure.
