The 4th is our big day here at home. Sisters built a float and have a spot in the Parade for Mom to ride on for her 80th Birthday. Big Surprise for her. My new tire got shipped "overnight" early this morning so it should be here tomorrow and installed Wednesday. I will be on the road to Ohio first thing Friday morning and hopefully meet you guys at the track early afternoon.

I'll most likely head down early Saturday and made a day trip of it. Mechanical issues and happenstance dictate my ride will probably be the 1200 Standard again (weather permitting), but that's not too bad. I'll probably just park it down that main median, unless there's room at the booth, but that's up to you guys.

Would've loved to bring the KZ1300, but there's JUUUUUST enough "off" that I don't exactly trust it yet. One day (he says again, another year in a row)....
1997 Valkyrie- Light Cutomization, but Too Busy Riding
1980 KZ1300- Bike's Haunted
1976 GL1000 (Yellow)- It Runs (Poorly) and Doesn't Leak (Mostly)
1974 Velosolex 3800- Better Than Walking
1972 CB750- Broke the Chain And Ate the Motor
1969 CT90- The Most Fun You Can Have on 90ccs.
1965 CA77 Dream- Needs a Full Teardown, but Complete

All advice I give is only valid until an expert corrects me.

Well,

Vintage Days 19 is in the books.

The Good Doctor is on his way, Ascot and the rest of us are heading to Iron Pony before the northern bunch hits the streets. Cyborg and Whiskerfish are going in the morning.
