Re: Meet and Eat
sadly I remember the wonderful days of the double nickel (and two kids in the sidecar). You would drive 10 hours and barely cover 400 miles

Re: Meet and Eat
When I was younger, I often traveled right seat between NC and MA in 18-wheelers running for my Dad's company. (Visits to Mom in NC). Learned enough of that life to know it wasn't for me. Anyway, one of the drivers would come up on a slow moving vehicle (55'ish) and frequently complain about them saying, "D**n Nixon lover!"
And my favorite Summer riding t-shirt (2nd, wore out original) is from a little place down in Cabo San Lucas:
I guess now that Ken's Meet and Greet is past, we're forgiven for totally hi-jacking his thread...

- Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass. It's about learning to ride in the rain.
