Ya, Steve it is..

New spot is up one row, and in on slot from our old one. Nice thing is we are now on the "high" ground. We back up to the guys with the line of used bikes that we have stared at from the old spot for years. We lucked out that the spots on either side where open, least till noon on Saturday anyways. Place was pretty full of vendors, not as packed as we have seen it, but better than a couple of years ago.

Higher ground is good!! I remember the first year I was there I had to use 4WD just to get in and out of our spot!!

Finally back home...stopped over to the south side of Chicago to visit my sister and do some home repairs for her...
It was another great Mid Ohio Vintage weekend.
Really enjoyed seeing you all in person.
I don't have any projects in the pipeline, so I didn't buy anything other than a few small items from the tool guy with the large tables set up. You can never have too many tools!
Was a bit disappointed there weren't more test rides...especially from Kawasaki since they were the sponsors this year...but there was plenty more to see and do including the races and the wall of death.

I've got the 000002 Goldwing in pictures here someplace. Actually have Pete on facebook, but didn't bring it up day-of. Seemed a bit awkward to. I'm just glad I finally saw the prototype in person.

Perfect world next year, I run down a trailer with my CT90, KZ1300, and maybe one of the Goldwings, just to get some interest into the booth. I'd LOVE to do a lap of the track on the 1300 (and show it off, obviously), and the 90 is just for getting around.

Still, it was a fantastic show. Looking forward to next year.

1980 KZ1300- Bike's Haunted
1976 GL1000 (Yellow)- It Runs (Poorly) and Doesn't Leak (Mostly)
1974 Velosolex 3800- Better Than Walking
1972 CB750- Broke the Chain And Ate the Motor
1969 CT90- The Most Fun You Can Have on 90ccs.
1965 CA77 Dream- Needs a Full Teardown, but Complete

All advice I give is only valid until an expert corrects me.

You can lap the track on Saturday morning, boots, jacket helmet and gloves. Like 25.00 bucks that go to charity.
